Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Many of the movie scenes were filmed in this location. Among other things, Hagrid’s hut was built here.
One of the steep slopes of the valley served as the entrance to Hogwarts.
Hogwarts itself was incorporated in the post-processing of the film in a few rocks of Glen Coe.
Near the “Three Sisters of Glencoe” was the scene shot, where Harry’s owl Hedwig flies from autumn to winter.

Eine Vielzahl der Filmszenen ist in dieser Location gedreht wurden. Unter anderem wurde hier Hagrids Hütte errichtet. Einer der Steilhänge des Tales diente als Eingang zu Hogwarts.
Hogwarts selbst wurde in der Nachbearbeitung des Films in die unterschiedlichsten Talhintergründe eingearbeitet. In der Nähe der “Three Sisters of Glencoe” wurde jene Szene abgedreht, in der Harrys Eule Hedwig vom Herbst in den Winter fliegt.
